A Level Results Day 2024

Sixth Form students at The Kingsley School are celebrating a set of remarkable academic achievements following the release of A level results. This includes an outstanding 35.2% of A Level grades awarded A*-A, significantly higher than the national average.

Their academic success reflects the dedication, hard work, and passion for learning that each student has consistently demonstrated.

Kingsley Sixth Form students achieved 100% pass rate across all subjects and 75% of grades awarded Distinction-Distinction* in vocational courses.

Headteacher, Dr Sarah Howling commented: Congratulations to our 2024 cohort on their outstanding examination results! We are incredibly proud of each and every student. Throughout their journey, they have demonstrated remarkable resilience, worked tirelessly, and carried themselves with grace and humour. Today, we see the fruits of their hard work, and we couldn’t be happier for them.

“As they now head off to university, embark on travels, or step into the world of work, we wish them the very best for their exciting futures. We know that their Kingsley education has prepared them well for whatever lies ahead, and we are confident that they will continue to achieve great things.

Director of Sixth Form, Dawn Morgan commented: Kingsley Sixth Form students always impress with their tenacity and grit and this year’s cohort is no exception. They have achieved on many levels: academically, personally and creatively, and we are incredibly proud of each of them. They leave us well qualified and well-rounded, prepared for the exciting challenges of future destinations, whether that is travel, an apprenticeship or university studies. It is a privilege to share in their personal and academic growth and we look forward to hearing about their many future achievements.

Amongst this year’s cohort there were some notable individual successes with Darcey R achieving A*, A*, A*, and planning to study Nutrition at University of Nottingham. Georgia R received A*, A, A and is now taking a gap year with a view to studying Veterinary Medicine in the future. Warwick Schools Foundation Principal, Mr Richard Nicholson commented: “Upper Sixth pupils across our Foundation schools have once again excelled, leaving us with both outstanding results and important skills to enable them to thrive beyond our doors. They leave us with our thanks for all they have brought to our communities and our good wishes for the future. We look forward to following their journeys in this next stage of their life and seeing the impact they have on the world around them.”
